Envista Federal Credit Union Welcomes New Chief Lending Officer, Andrew Lindeman

TOPEKA, KAN. (October 1, 2025) - Envista Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Lindeman as Chief Lending Officer, effective October 1, 2025.
Lindeman brings nearly 20 years of progressive banking and lending experience to Envista, with a proven track record of leadership and results in commercial lending, credit analysis, and relationship management. Most recently, he served as Market President for Landmark National Bank in Topeka, where he led market development and oversaw commercial loan production. Prior to that, he held several key leadership positions at Landmark National Bank, Sunflower Bank, and Great Southern Bank.
A graduate of Southwest Baptist University, Lindeman earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology. His career has equipped him with deep experience in helping small businesses access financing through SBA programs, as well as expertise in budget development and team leadership—capabilities that will enhance Envista’s lending services.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Lindeman is deeply committed to the Topeka community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Harvesters – Community Food Network and the Lifehouse Child Advocacy Center, where he recently completed his term as President and continues as Immediate Past President. He has also contributed his leadership to Sales and Marketing Executives of Topeka and has been a long-time football coach at Cair Paravel Latin School.

Originally from south-central Missouri, Lindeman relocated to Topeka more than a decade ago and has since built lasting roots in the area. His leadership is shaped not only by years of financial expertise but also by his dedication to serving the community, making him a natural fit to help guide Envista’s continued growth and community impact.
