EnvistaCares Challenge Announces MANA de Topeka Donation Results
MANA de Topeka and Envista Credit Union are pleased to announce that thanks to community support, they helped MANA de Topeka raise $2,092.74. MANA de Topeka was just shy of $2,500, but Envista still wanted to match at the $2,500 level. In total MANA de Topeka raised a total of $4,592 throughout the month of March.
MANA de Topeka supports Latina women and girls in Shawnee County through leadership development, community service and advocacy. “As a growing organization, MANA de Topeka did an amazing job raising funds for their organization and we wanted to keep that momentum going.” said Tara Dimick, chief business development officer for Envista.
“For almost twenty years I have seen leadership in action by the members of MANA de Topeka. Their commitment to improve access to educational and personal growth for young Latinas in our community is inspiring, said mayor Mike Padilla. “It has been my privilege to be a member and share in their mission. The selection by the Envista Cares Program to support the work of MANA is significant and greatly appreciated.”
