EnvistaCares Highlights Kansas Children's Service League

Envista Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that it will highlight Kansas Children’s Service League through the EnvistaCares Challenge during the month of April.

“Preventing child abuse is at the core of what we do. Our mission at Kansas Children’s Service League is to protect and promote the well-being of children,” said Gail Cozadd, CEO of Kansas Children’s Service League. “We do this by working to create, repair and restore healthy parent-child relationships, which are the foundation of a strong family. Through our evidence-based programs and community partnerships, we break cycles of abuse, neglect, and trauma.”

“At Envista, we aim to lead, inspire, and make an impact with our giving. Kansas Children’s Service League is an incredible example of an organization that practices these ideals throughout the entire state of Kansas. We are honored to support them,” said Erika McNeill, engagement coordinator for Envista.

The EnvistaCares Challenge includes a challenge grant and a media and marketing package. Through the challenge grant, Envista will match the first $2,500 donated to Kansas Children’s Service League during the month of April. Giving can be done online at www.envistacares.com. The media package provided by Envista is valued at $10,000 and includes a month of promotion through emails, social media, radio, and more.

“Kansas Children’s Service League recognizes that preventing child abuse requires partnerships,” said Cozadd. “These partners include government, businesses, law enforcement, education, community corrections, health, and other community members. Kansas Children’s Service League works to lead Kansas in child abuse prevention efforts, but we all have a duty to protect and promote the well-being of children. Supporting Kansas Children’s Service League in any capacity, including partnership efforts like the EnvistaCares Challenge, helps us build stronger families and better Kansas communities.”
