EnvistaCares Challenge Announces Interfaith Housing & Community Services Donation Results

Interfaith Housing & Community Services and Envista Credit Union are pleased to announce that thanks to community support totaling $13,833 Interfaith will receive the challenge match of $2,500 from Envista. In total, $16,333 in contributions were received during the month of June. In addition, Envista provided Interfaith with marketing and media promotion that included radio, emails, online ads and social media.

“The opportunity to not only raise life-changing dollars, but to also spread the word about our mission has been such a boost to our organization,” said Lacy Stauffacher, director of operations for Interfaith. “We appreciate the work of Envista in our community and for their focus on affordable housing and encouraging financial self-sufficiency.”

Interfaith Housing & Community Services envisions communities where people have the knowledge and tools to achieve financial self-sufficiency, and access to housing that is affordable, accessible and where they can live in safety with dignity. For over 30 years, Interfaith has been lending a helping hand. More than revitalizing neighborhoods, building and fixing homes Interfaith builds community, hope and the opportunity for families to help themselves.

“Envista’s core values are integrity, unity, empower, exceed and impact. Interfaith Housing shares our values as they work to empower people and their community to make an impact in their own lives and the lives of those around them,” said Holly Herman, branch manager for Envista.

“Marketing dollars for nonprofits are in short supply and we wanted to be sure that the impact of the EnvistaCares Challenge could last beyond one month,” said Tara Dimick, chief business development officer for Envista. “We wanted to help provide a tool that local organizations could use for many months or even years to come.”
