Envista Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the distinguished recipients of the 2023 Core Values Award and the Ken Norton Community Involvement Award at the Annual Awards Banquet held on February 10, 2024. These exceptional individuals, Kelsey Botello and Erika McNeill, have demonstrated unwavering commitment, leadership, and dedication in embodying Envista's core values and making a significant impact in the community.

Kelsey Botello was honored with the inaugural Core Values Award, which recognizes an employee who consistently exemplifies Envista's core values (IMPACT, INTEGRITY, EXCEED, EMPOWER, UNITY) through their work, interactions, and community engagement. Among 15 nominees, Kelsey stood out for her remarkable embodiment of all five core values in her actions and contributions.

Erika McNeill was presented with the esteemed Ken Norton Community Involvement Award, established to honor outstanding dedication and commitment to community involvement and volunteerism. Erika's exceptional commitment, totaling more than 160 volunteer hours in 2023, reflects her strong passion for serving the community.

In addition to her involvement in various community organizations in 2023, Erika has been selected for the Forge Young Talent Leadership Board in 2024 and is committed to further strengthening community relationships and supporting local non-profit organizations.
